He is a seasoned executive with over 17 years of management experience at leading global companies, including with firms like Marriott International, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. and Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Jan has worked in asset management, mainly focused on prime luxury investment projects in commercial, residential and private equity space in the UAE, Malaysia, Switzerland and Germany.
After his move to Dubai in 2017, Jan is a senior advisor and partner of a private family office, which builds high-return portfolios focusing on commercial and industrial properties with a major focus on Australia and the UAE. The private equity firm has an overall portfolio size of AUD $1.2B under joint venture. A further focus is set to co-invest in various other sectors through partnerships globally.
Jan has gained deep expertise in managing risk and maximizing the upside of investments. His skill in managing large teams in various sectors with UHNW backing gave him the edge and competitive advantage to build a strong global network, which any Investor can benefit from.

As a former co-founder of a real estate and construction firm, Pierre combines operational leadership with deep market insight. His career has allowed him extensive exposure to cross-cultural practices and international business protocols, particularly in the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

Nina is an entrepreneur and brand development expert with 20 years’ experience. Her career in the branding sector started as a Director of Business Development at Fitch, where she was building strong relationships with large strategic clients.Today, Nina combines two roles – a Chief Reputation Officer Board Advisor at Worldfield and a Managing Director at Ninth Space – a leading brand strategy consultancy in the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Nina’s portfolio includes more than 100 strategies for significant clients, such as the UAE and Oman Governments, Expo 2020, Emirates Group, AirAsia, Aldar Properties, MAF, Deyaar, Four Seasons Hotels, Ritz-Carlton Hotels, St. Regis Hotels, Abu Dhabi University, and many other large organisations.
