Recognizing Dubai as a thriving hub for real estate investments, Stephan relocated to the city in 2019 and successfully built his personal property portfolio. Shortly thereafter, he launched “Immobilie-Dubai”, a company dedicated to guiding investors from the DACH region in capitalizing on Dubai’s exceptional real estate opportunities.
