Jan is a co-founder and CEO at Worldfeld. He is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of management experience at leading global companies, including Marriot, Starwood and Hyatt. Jan has worked in asset management in hotel real estate investments, as well as on prime luxury investment projects in the commercial, residential and venture capital space in the UAE, Malaysia, Switzerland and Germany.
Today, Jan also manages the trust fund (UAE), which specialises in the ownership and management of commercial and industrial properties, operating consequently as a private equity firm and family office with an overall portfolio size of AUM $1B in joint ventures and a total of 16 global subsidiaries under management in various sectors.
Camilla, a seasoned real estate professional boasts an impressive 30-year career encompassing retail, commercial, and residential property expertise. Her outstanding capabilities are in stakeholder management, high-level lease and sales negotiations, operations, property and asset management within the competitive UAE market as well as in South Africa.
Stepping into the role of acting CEO during Salwan’s transition to DPG LLC Dubai Properties Group, Camilla demonstrated her leadership prowess. Her significant contribution to the JBR Enhancements project included development and implementation of strategy, shaping
the tenant mix and adeptly handling lease negotiations. Notably, Camilla achieved remarkable success in overseeing the leasing of other projects like Bay Avenue and Bay Square, underscoring her strategic acumen and proficiency in the real estate industry.
David is a commercially-driven finance executive focused on delivering shareholder value through sustainable, profitable growth. He is highly skilled in change management, systems integration and performance measurement in blue-chip, manufacturing, construction, FMCG, business service, and real estate organisations.
David has a strong ability to combine strategic planning with tactical delivery, using effective problem-solving, cost control and business forecasting to achieve defined organisational goals. His career has allowed him extensive exposure to cross-cultural practices and international business protocols, particularly in the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
Today, Nina combines two roles – a Chief Reputation Officer Board Advisor at Worldfield and a Managing Director at Ninth Space – a leading brand strategy consultancy in the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Nina’s portfolio includes more than 100 strategies for significant clients, such as the UAE and Oman Governments, Expo 2020, Emirates Group, AirAsia, Aldar Properties, MAF, Deyaar, Four Seasons Hotels, Ritz-Carlton Hotels, St. Regis Hotels, Abu Dhabi University, and many other large organisations.
